Las Vegas is known for being OTT, and the Sky Villas – The Palms is going all in with its newly renovated Sky Villas, which will set you back anywhere from—ready for this?—$25,000 to $40,000 a night. They’re one of many moving parts in the resort’s $620-million site-wide renovation (which also includes a Damien Hirst-designed bar and new steakhouse Scotch 80 Prime). As of last week, two of the five-figure villas are immediately available to book, with the others rolling out later this year—we hope you started saving a long time ago.
These “Sky Villas – The Palms“—technically, suites—occupy the top floors of the resort’s Fantasy Tower. There will be six available for guests to rent, ranging from 5,000 to 9,000 square feet, and they all come with an impressive list of amenities: private fitness rooms and Peloton bikes, redwood cedar saunas, massage rooms, glass pools on the balconies with cityscape views—oh, and a movie theater, in case you get bored. Naturally, there’s also a 24-hour butler, for all your late night cravings. Two of the villas are two floors, while the other four are single-story. The two villas open now (numbers 29 and 31) start at $25,000 a night and have entertaining space to host 14-20 of your closest friends and family members. They’re also outfitted with artwork from names like Dabs & Myla and REVOK, which speaks to the resort’s new focus on art overall—Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat are some of many heavy hitters displayed throughout the Palms.
